The ‘A rezza Exchange is a barter program whereby two or more parties can exchange products and/or services in lieu of a monetary payment.
The program is available to ‘A rezza members and partners and is open to profit and nonprofit entities as well as public sector organizations.
The ‘A rezza Exchange is managed by RC Partners which ensures that the parties to the exchange fully comply with the agreed upon terms of the barter.
A five (5) percent fee is charged to each party and is assigned to ‘A rezza Nonprofit Association. The fee is also payable in goods and services.

Vacation Rentals and Renewable Energy
If you, your family or friends are planning a vacation to one of our communities in Italy or the USA we will contribute 10 percent of the agreed upon land travel expenses towards the cost of purchasing and installing solar, wind and/or other renewable energy applications for your property.
If you are a property owner interested in employing a property as a vacation rentalyou also receive the following benefits:
Renewable Energy: Participating properties electing to become vacation rentals receive a 5 percent discount on the agreed upon project costs for the purchase, installation and related fees associated with the solar, wind and/or other renewable energy applications.
